Mr. Wesley is responsible for the oversight of DoD Small Business Program and Policy to include, DoD SBIR/STTR, Rapid Innovation Fund, Mentor Protégé, STEM, Small Business workforce reshaping, Outreach, and Indian Incentive Programs. Mr. Wesley was selected into Senior Executive Service in 2014.

Deputy Director for Portfolio Management

Dr. Galvin leads the development and implementation of policies and procedures for Small Businesses to contribute to the modernization of the $285B Department of Defense (DoD) Industrial Base. His portfolio includes legislative affairs, acquisition regulations and performance management. He works with the DoD Acquisition leadership, stakeholders across the federal government and the businesses of the DoD Industrial Base to facilitate the acquisition of timely and innovative national security solutions through government contracts with Small Businesses.
